Beware of On Line Bill Paying Services

There are on-line bill pay websites that appear to be affiliated with utilities such as Chelmsford Water District, but are not. Doxo.com and ChargeSmart.com are examples of third-party websites that allow people to pay utility bills via their sites.

However, these sites may charge you extra fees, are not affiliated with Chelmsford Water District and CWD cannot control when (and if) we will receive payments from them. That may result in a late payment or even disconnection due to non-payment.

Chelmsford Water District uses ONE Bill Pay Vendor – City Hall Systems.  See our pay on line button under “easy access” on our web home page.  As always, In addition to paying with City Hall Systems, you can also pay your bill via U.S. mail or in person at 20 Watershed Lane.
