Summer Restriction Change to Level 3

To the Residents of Chelmsford, the Water Districts of Chelmsford will move to Water Restriction Level 3 on August 1st, in response to the continued and prolonged dry weather and the State’s Drought Task Force’s declaration of a Drought Level 3: Critical Drought for our region. This means hand watering or drip irrigation only. The Water Districts appreciate your cooperation in keeping the water systems of Chelmsford sustainable in times like this by abiding by the Summer Management Programs.
